New Emin Hotel

Pros: For the price, it is a very good hotel. The location is a bit like a station square, but it is close to all the attractions. We really liked the staff, especially the person at the reception-Kanuni. Also, the staff treated us to free tea several times.

Cons: I didn't like the breakfast because there was a very limited selection of food, but given the price, we didn't expect much more.

Pros: Personel received us well. We had a clean room with everything needed. İf you only need a place to stay this is a great place. Personel was good but the guy running the night shift was amazing his name is Aydin. He is well spoken in turkish and english.

Overall the hotel is excellent.

Pros: The hotel was very welcoming and communication was excellent, The manager Mr. Urhan was helpful. The hotel was very clean at all times, the room was very spacious and cleaned every day and the breakfast was continental with variety of choice and drinks. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning lady Niamat was very helpful, if you needed anything she was always there for you. The stuff were very friendly and the manager Urhan has arranged for us a tour trip to Bursa and we have enjoyed with this trip.I highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is very close to Yanikapi station.

Cons: It was frustrating to see the same breakfast every day and the repeated breakfast was not very good because we were there for three weeks.

It was very enjoyable and happy stay, made my stay very comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was very welcoming and communication was excellent, The hotel was outstanding and very clean at all times, the breakfast was continental with variety of choice and drinks. The rooms were very spacious and was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. The room also had mini fridge and coffee making facilities which was stocked up every day and you was given water to. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming the management especially Sait and the reception man Ranuni couldn’t do enough to help and if you needed anything, there was always there to help. I highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The manager went above and beyond his way to make my stay excellent.

Pros: Odalarınız güzeldi, hizmetiniz iyiydi, kahvaltınız harikaydı.Konum olarak güzel yerde idi, metroya yakın idi.Alış veriş dükkanları çok fazla yakın idi.

Pros: + дякую за те що заселили в готель раніше + тепло +є сніданки і це чудово персонал супер

Cons: - не було пляшки питної води в номері
