Good value for money and well placed location

Pros: The hotel is very well placed. You have quick acces to train, trams, ferries. Great staff. Always helpfull. Helped with parking. Breakfast was good. Nothing bad to say

Bosphorus location

Pros: Review of Istasyon Hotel. X3 nights Welcomed by Abdullah at reception always ready to help with anything. The hotel is a mixture of gold trimming decor with a slight modern touch. The location is perfect close to the bosphorus and tram and train routes and sites. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Amenities provided, safe, kettle, tea, coffee, and a hairdryer. Complimentary water daily and slippers. Musallah and kiblah directions provided. Breakfast was a delicious spread served by Altan and Muharrem, our breakfast host. Wifi provided and a beautiful roof terrace with amazing bosphorus views, famous Gelata Tower, Yeni Camii Masjid, and even the Grand Çamlıca Mosque in the distance on the Asian side. Istanbul is a delightful mixture of Ottoman architecture, masjids, Bazaars and traditional Turkish cuisine.

Pros: Staffs are very friendly and specially Manager Abdulla .... he is one of a kind . Place and location excellent... 1 min walk for bust and metro. I will prefer this place for next trip as well.

Cons: Breakfast good for me need small uplift ... some time out of items it take so long to replenish the items and some time there no staffs to tell... if one staffs always available on breakfast floor that will be superb.. the place and location was supper.

Pros: Great price! Not bad, tasty, but monotonous breakfast, great location, daily cleaning and bottles of water in the room every day.

Great location, decent breakfast, not the best rooms

Pros: Great location only 10-15 minutes walk from Hagia Sofia, the Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace. Loads of restaurants nearby and also a decent breakfast selection that offered both cold and warm food. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Considering the price and location, this is a good choice.

Cons: Room decor was a bit unusual, with no bedside lamps and the bathrooms didn't have much space to place your personal items. Also we saw some cockroaches in the bathroom drains at night, but none in the room. Also breakfast could have had a few more options such as yoghurt (the staff seemed to confuse cream cheese and yoghurt). I also found the English language skills of some of the staff a bit limited, resulting in some misunderstandings.

Location, location and more!

Pros: Abdullah and Muharrem definitely made our stay more special with their very high level of customer service - both were always willing and kind - we hope Management appreciates them! Also, I previously read reviews regarding the high level of cleaning at this hotel and I can vouch for it - everything is spotless - thank you Ladies.

Cons: Surely Management can afford to put bedside table lamps in the rooms - it's a safety issue if nothing else. Also, at least one English speaking TV channel wouldn't have gone astray
