Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff – 3rd visit here

Pros: Staying in Septimum at least 3rd time already. This is a superb location right at the Marmaray (Sirkesi metro), easy to get both to Otogar or to Sabiha airport. Very friendly staff as always, moderate but substantial breakfast.

Cons: Don’t know what to add, very neat locationa comparing to the price. Yeah someone can say some facilities need renovation, but honestly – all just enough.

Pros: The staffs was very friendly and honest, i left my money and my passport and everything at the room and the cleaner was coming cleaning when i was out and nothing was missing.. very good service the guys was very respectful and good with us

Pros: Housekeeping very polite and helpful Clean rooms Rezeption very polite and comunicative

Good accomodation, Good location.

Pros: Hotel located near to all top attractions, everything is walkable distance. Accommodation is fair for the price. Breakfast is also good, staff is kind and friendly.

Cons: Nothing as such, all good.

At all we spent great time in Istanbul and hotel

Pros: Perfect location 1 min from tramway, 10 min to Hagia Sofia and Mani tourist attractions

Cons: Always the samé turkish breakfast. 4TH morning we decided to go for breakfast to restaurant

Pros: Location was ideal and walkable to most of tourist spots like Blue mosque, hagia Sofia, topkapi palace, basilica cistern ~ 12 mins walk. The gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful.

Cons: The lady at reception was not very friendly, breakfast was from 8-10 we reached maybe 10 mins early and she refused to serve saying its closed, no apology nothing. We just wanted bread butter and tea. At least as a courtesy could have offered some cold items. After my husband requested for tea she gave it. Anyways not that much important but still something to note to improve the service.

Great team good management.

Pros: Great team, good management,fast replays, honest and safe, clean rooms,it will be great if they have connections rooms, bathrooms are glass don't suit everyone.

Cons: All perfect just options of bigger room, or connections rooms, not there each room fit 2 people max, but team do help to get rooms next each other very great teams.

Bang for a buck in heart of Istanbul

Pros: The property is situated right next to a train/metro station really easily to go and comeback when and if needed. Just 15-20 min from the location there are so many UNESCO things to see really in the heart of the city. The rooms are small yet are very thought out via their design. The rooms have small balconies which is perfect for a late night lookout. The room has a nice built in AC and very cool bathroom with nice bathroom amenities and wonderful shower. Came with many soaps and towels. Staff were kind and helpful with recommendations very friendly too. Nice to have breakfast but it’s very basic but enough to get you started. Also they provide unlimited water throughout the stay which is very nice of them too. Would definitely come back here again

Cons: The shower would leak through the window door seal which lead to some clean up to be done. That’s all the problems that could be solved easily. Other than that it’s a perfect stay

Very good and great staff!

Pros: The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Gran Bazaar and Spicy Market and other attractions. The hotel is also close to the train station and Ferry Boat! All the staff were extremely helpful and polite and this was a great advantage of this hotel. They also offered free water, coffee and tea all the time. That was very kind. They can help with purchasing tours and sim cards. Next to the hotel you will find many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The terrace has a beautiful panoramic view.

Cons: The pillows were not comfortable. I suggest investing in this.

Good value and great for 2 nights in a busy city.

Pros: The hotel is well located near everything that you need including transport. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome to the point of offering us a coffee when we returned form outings. Our room was a tight fit and best for 2 persons max but had a great little Juliette balcony that opened the room up somewhat. The price was good and represented great value for that time of the year.

Cons: Breakfast was not expensive and very basic but enough to get you going for the day.
