Excellent

Pros: Excellent staff and overall we had a very good impression of the hotel with my friends. The beds were very comfortable and in general, we did not encounter any unpleasant incidents regarding cleanliness. Simply excellent!

Great trip - thanks to Ashraf

Pros: Good location, close to Marmaray and tram stations. Spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Special shout out to Ashraf who was very helpful and made our stay more comfortable - he is one of the reasons we would be happy to stay here again. Rooms are basics but spacious and ideal if you're planning on spending more time out and about exploring.

Cons: Some issues with shower leaking, but again staff helpful and tried to resolve for us. Rooms werent soundproof, you could hear noise and music from restaurants outside.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, souvenir shops, and the tram station. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had complete amenities and everything we needed.
