Very good!

Pros: The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was really nice. The hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. I loved that there was a water dispenser on the ground floor always available for guests, as well as tea and coffee!

Cons: Every time someone was walking around on the floor above us the whole room was shaking, it was like an earthquake. Pretty annoying, every day we woke up earlier than we wanted because of the shaking

Pros: Although we only stayed for a short time, the staff were very friendly. I especially want to thank Ibrahim. He arranged a taxi for me at a very reasonable price. When I arrived from the airport, they asked me for 3000 TL, but Ibrahim helped me and only charged 1700 TL. 👍👍

Pros: Everything. Staff, location foof! We haven't landed yet and they were already asking if we need any assistance. Ibrahim! You were so approachable 24/7 we can ask for help anytime and so are the others in reception. The kitchen staff/housekeepers were polite and cleans our room everyday. It has a personal touch of love and care since itnis a heritage hotel. All the best. We highly recommend this hotel. My sis and i celebrared birthday this month and they surprised us with a cake too.

Pros: The location is excellent, staff is really friendly, nice breakfast, overall experience was really good.

Cons: Early in the morning and at night it was extremely noisy, you can hear everything, from people talking, walking and the facility is not really sound proof. Also the room itself needs a bit renovation but it is decent, considering value for money:)

Pros: We had a short vacation in Istanbul to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was hard to find a hotel because there are so many! In the end, we chose the Mataraci Konac hotel. To be sure that everything was scheduled correctly, we called the hotel and Ibrahim answered all our questions, he took care to give us a beautiful surprise, he decorated the room romantically. At the reception, Kemal greeted us, very responsible and very caring. The hotel is very, very clean, ideally clean. The breakfast is very varied and super tasty. They took care to answer any question and help us. They gave us a free rain umbrella, but the biggest surprise was that they scheduled a very spacious and comfortable taxi for us and took us quickly and cheaply to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Everything was very perfect. I recommend the hotel with confidence.
