Pros: Everything was great! The owner is a good man, we could turn to him for all questions. Rooms are excellent and very clean! The location is excellent, close to everything and yet in its own peace. One more praise for the owner who came out to meet us for everything!

Great location, affordable, and nice and helpful host

Pros: The location is really the best you can find, as it's close to all the main attractions and also the tram station is near if you want to go somewhere farther away. And the price was also really good for that location, as well. Ali was a great host, very nice and hospitable. He offered us tea and sweets and told us all about the nearby attractions and how to get to them. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable!

Cons: No downsides! It was great, and we would definitely come back again.

Pros: The owner was extremely nice and made us feel like at home. Every morning he would make us tea or coffee and give tips and advice about Turkey and Istanbul.

THE place to stay in Istanbul

Pros: Everything was just perfect. Ali is a wonderful host, very kind and he will give you useful tips for your stay. You will feel comfortable, safe and get to enjoy a beautiful view on the sea and Ayasofya mosque. Just a few minutes walk from the most important sightseeing spots, you will be able to arrive easily at the opening (a must, otherwise too many tourists) and after spending a day in the rush of the city, you will be even more grateful for having a good sleep in this completely calm area.

Great place to visit the Old Town on foot

Pros: Great little hotel in a perfect place to visit the Old Town, you can reach famous monuments on foot. There are many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, the owner gave us very useful tips where to go and not to pay too much which we highly appreciated! We could also rent a Turkish SIM card. We are travelling with our 6 years old daughter and the owner was very helpful and friendly. We recommend this place for families. Also, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the sea from the terrasse while sipping a tea!

Cons: There was just a smell in the room I'm not sure if it's from the bathroom or outside but nothing very serious. Otherwise nothing to say

Pros: Ali, the hotel owner, is a very kind person who made us feel right at home—big shoutout to him. We stayed in the room with windows overlooking the garden and the mosque, and the view was great. The hotel was clean, and its location is perfect. The neighborhood was calm, and the people there were very kind. In summary, I strongly recommend this hotel for people who spend all day exploring Istanbul and need a place to shower and get a good night’s sleep.

Cons: Almost everything was perfect; however, the hotel could benefit from having more comfortable beds.
