A heartfelt gesture I will never forget

Pros: My experience at this hotel was truly very positive. The welcome was extremely kind, and the apartment was cleaned every day with great care. All the amenities worked perfectly — TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi — without any issues. The location is perfect and the view simply breathtaking. All of this can be found in many hotels around the world, but what makes this property truly special is the honesty of the owner. My son had dropped my ring under the sofa and I had forgotten it there. By a fortunate coincidence, the owner happened to be in my city shortly after my vacation in Istanbul and managed to return it to me in person. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for this gesture, because this ring has a very important meaning for me that goes far beyond its monetary value. Thank you again, Aykut. A rare gesture that truly deserves to be highlighted. Highly recommended.

Pros: Excellent location right next to Hagia Sophia blue mosque grand bazaar etc The room was really clean

Pros: Great location. It is only an 8-10 minute walk from the main attractions. If you want to get to the dock on the other side (it may take 20-30 minutes to walk), but it is very convenient for those who hold the Istanbul transport card, as it is a 4-minute walk to the bus stop to take the BN1 bus along the coastline. I am satisfied with this. The room is also equipped with shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush and sewing kit.

Cons: The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that the stairs in the hotel were made of wood, and if you were unlucky enough to encounter rude neighbors, they would not understand it's not good to step heavily on the stairs and talk freely and loudly after 10pm. But this is not the hotel's fault.

Pros: Everything, it was great. They have a free parking and it is in a center

Perfect hideaway/lookout for young couples and v close to historical euro side

Pros: The view was amazing, nice on site services and staff. location handy plenty of cafe restraunts bars all within walking distance, shuttle offices to airports nearby as well. The area is near the mosques and public transport links for visiting and museum although its a steep climb uphill to sultanahmet, no problem for younger folks but there isn't any lift in property, taxis are always parked outside in this area though and does not cost that much to simply get you there in a hurry.

Istanbul is a fantastic city and the Sultan Pier Hotel and staff made it even better!

Pros: I loved everything about this place. The owners and Feruza were so welcoming, looked after your needs and made you feel at home. 🥰 The location was excellant, easy to walk everywhere and was very quiet at night too. The room were very clean and comfortable and had everything you need. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Smack at Sultanahmet attractions

Pros: It's so walking distance to all the tourist attractions.. So near to Sultanahmet.. The motel is actually behind the small Hagia Sophia.. The owner Aikut was very helpful. The transfer provided from hotel to airport is so Turkiye!! Love it

Cons: Even though it's budget.. But the room can be better interior decorated

Great place to stay on budget with your family for a short trip to Istanbul.

Pros: Right in the Old City center, close to all sightseeing places, yet on a quite street where you can park your car. Peronnel were very kind and helpful.

Cons: Close to a mosque. 1st prayer in the day at 5:00 in the mornig was waking whole family up. It was rather shorth, though and you could fall asleep again. I guess it is normal in muslim world, though.

Pros: Friendly personnel and very helpful, clean room near to ayiasofia.
