Center Port Hotel Karaköy

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was comfortable and the overall environment made us feel relaxed throughout our trip. I especially want to thank Ömer at the front desk for the smooth and friendly check-out today. I’m also very grateful to Seyd, who kindly helped me call a taxi to the hospital yesterday after I sprained my ankle, and today even helped us carry our luggage downstairs and checked on how my foot was doing. Being in an unfamiliar place, their care and kindness meant a lot to me. The staff here are truly warm, professional, and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and for the thoughtful support when we needed it most.

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very first moment. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were professional, kind, and always ready to help. I would especially like to highlight Said, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a real difference in my experience. He is a true asset to the hotel. Thank you for such an amazing stay I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pros: Hotel and location is amazing, but staff is much more amazing, especially Syed Mubashir Ahmed ! He helped us to have a wonderful weekend in Istanbul with his kind meeting at the hotel. We will come back again ❤️

Pros: Location is very convenient, close to the metro station and in a street full of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and cheerful specially Sayed who helped us with restaurants recommendations and lots of other valuable tips.

Cons: We were given only one access card for the room, when we asked for a second one, they said issuing it will cancel the first one, so we didn't take it. On our last day they explained they could have issued two new cards and cancel the first one , but it was too late. Also Saturday night was so noisy because of a nearby club, but the hotel provided some ear plugs.

A Wonderful Hotel Experience in Istanbul

Pros: We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Istanbul. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to the reception staff, especially Veysel and Yanus, who were extremely professional, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm welcome and attention to detail really made a difference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
