Pros: I love the property and very clean, the staff is very friendly and kind, the location is completely easy to go anywhere, and everything is nice around, the station is 2 minutes walking, have nice shop near by there and you can have a nice food and shopping, I don’t have any complaints about this place, and definitely I will be back to Istanbul and I’ll stay there again.

Pros: Excellent and kind staff, sooo comfy bed, clean and new toilet, free toiletries, everything changed daily. Big room! Good location
Cons: No sound proof in the rooms. You will hear other guests speak in the hallways, closing doors etc and also noise from the street.

Pros: The hotel is clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is comfortable, and everything is well organized. The staff are extremely cooperative, professional, and very friendly , excellent service truly made my stay more enjoyable. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their great efforts, and I would especially like to mention Eren, Erhan G, and Erhan Ari for their outstanding hospitality and kindness.

I stayed at this hotel for about 6 nights and it was wonderful. The staff was helpful and all services were convenient.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple and truly enjoyed the atmosphere, location, and hospitality of the hotel.
Pros: The hotel is newly built and perfectly located near Galata Port, surrounded by excellent shopping areas, the Istanbul Modern Museum, cafés, pubs, and restaurants. The neighbourhood also offers charming vintage shops and local stores selling ceramics and handmade souvenirs. The hotel staff were wonderful — very attentive, welcoming, and always helpful. We would especially like to thank Erhan Gündoğdu, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were consistently clean, tidy, and well maintained, making the stay very comfortable.
Cons: As the hotel has only been open for about six months, breakfast was not yet available, which felt slightly inconvenient. Additionally, our room overlooked a construction site, which occasionally affected the overall atmosphere.

Pros: Good location, very close to the sea, seaside promenade, and Galataport. Everything is nearby and easy to reach on foot. What I would especially like to highlight is the cleanliness. The room was very clean, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The cleaning staff were also very kind :) Even though Karaköy can be quite lively, the hotel is not located on a main road, so it was calm and quiet.
Cons: The only small downside is that the room is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely fine for sleeping and did not bother us much at all.

Very nice stay in Istanbul, new hotel, close to historical sites.
Pros: Location was very good. Lots of restaurants in the nearby. Close to Galata Port promenade and close to T1 tram that goes to the historical places. Close to the ferry ports from where you can go to Princes Island or through Bosphorus. Hotel was clean and new. We had a triple room. We didn’t experience any bad smell in the bathroom. We were a little afraid about this after reading other reviews, but there was no such thing during our stay. We had 3 small bottles of water in the room every day and slippers were provided and even changed every couple of days.
Cons: The view from the window, but we didn’t spend much time in the room.
