A pleasant stay with excellent service delivered on time. The staff are cooperative and friendly.

Cons: •\tSome noise from cleaning activities on the first floor in the early morning \t•\tGuests should be reminded to keep quiet and avoid speaking loudly in the corridors \t•\tIt would be better to keep the air conditioning set to cooling mode even during winter, as the rooms tend to be warm, which forces us to open the windows and results in street noise \t•\tThe nature of the surrounding area may allow some external noise (to a minor extent), such as from nearby bars \t•\tI hope more vibrant colors can be added to the rooms and bathrooms, as the furniture is predominantly gray, which feels dark and uncomfortable \t•\tIt would be preferable to enhance the hotel lobby by adding more vitality, such as display screens and models of city landmarks, and by introducing new colors into the hotel’s visual identity

Pros: The location of the hotel was amazing.It’s near from the most famous place there such as Galata and Taksim you can get there on foot the room was good but unfortunately there was a bad smell in the toilet like rotten water The stuff was helpful and kind I appreciate that There was an wonderful restaurant next to the hotel with nice view
