Family stay in Istanbul

Pros: The hotel was located in good location near to all attractive places and tramway station, restaurant.. The hotel itself provide tours, sim cards, taxi and do exchange... The reception speaks most of the languages, Arabic, russian, persian, english and turkish

Cons: Thier is no caps in the room, Internet a bit weak.

Amazing customer service

Pros: Me and my family loved the customer service from Ahmet and Abdulbaki. They were very kind and helpful and welcoming. They were very accommodating to our needs, from asking for a UK adaptor to booking a taxi to the airport for a good price they were very helpful. The hotel was beautiful. We had an amazing view of the ocean from the window. The location of the hotel is also very good. Close to all the attractions, about 7-10ish mins away from blue mosque and a bus stop about 3 mins away. We had free breakfast included, and loved everything there, the coffee was amazinggg. But the food deffo needs to be stocked up more often. There is a convenience shop just at the start of the road, if you need water or snacks at a very good price. There is sooo many gift shops and eating places around the hotel. If you speak to the staff they can tell you about places/cities to visit at good price, we couldn't do it as we did not have enough time.

Cons: Nothing, I had a very good experience with the hotel.

Pros: During the our visit in this hotel everything was perfect, however I want to say one thing that was not sufficient not just for us as well as for everyone was breakfast. Simple and not so many choose. Location and staffs were also perfect.

Pros: Thanks for everything! The room and kitchen were very nice and clean. The admin was very helpful and responsive. They can speak English and Russian. I highly recommend this place, especially for those who enjoy a beautiful ocean view.
