Arven Hotel

Good stay in a very central location.

Pros: Very kind staff in a small yet very clean hotel. The location is perfect, in the old town and very close to the Bosphorus; our room was big enough for us 4 but the bathroom was too small - we could not completely open the bathroom door because the sink was in the middle and the shower was not very confortable. We thought it offered a continental breakfast but instead it was just a turshish one - really good, by the way, but not what we expected. Also the bed linnen had no sheets, only a thin cover, which, although not unconfortable, was not what we expected. In general, we had a very good stay, were greatly treated by the very kind staff but there are for sure things to improve.

Cons: Bathroom too small, bed linnen because no sheets were available, breakfast not offering a continental option

Perfectly located with very helpful staff

Pros: Perfectly located for accessing the old city and with a good number of restaurants close by.

Cons: It’s an old building so obviously no lift and the spiral stairs may not be suitable for all but other than that it was a great spot to stop for a couple of nights.

Pros: The staff was very kind and helped us many times. When we lost something and asked him for help, he arranged a taxi for us and also called the bus company. If you are looking for a hotel in Istanbul, I recommend this hotel. I truly appreciate it.

Pros: Hosts were really nice and the hotel has good prices for what it offers. The location was really good. The bed was really comfortable!

Staffs are very helpfull.

Pros: The staffs are very helpfull specially Hikmet.Location is very good.Everthing is walking distance like Blue Mosque,Hagia sofia , Topkapi palace,Grand Bazar and Tram station.Hotel provided me airport pick up and drop off service which is safe and secure.

Cons: Sofa bed needs to change.Its not comfortable at all.

Pros: The rooms far exceeded our expectations, in terms of size, comfort and cleanliness. Very modern and spacious. Friendly staff. Very close to main tourist attractions and food.

Pros: The apartment was cozy, clean and quiet. Exactly what we were aiming for. The WIFI functionality was just fine and the host was both kind and helpful.
