Great value hotel with good location and excellent customer service

Pros: Great quiet location between the sea and Blue Mosque. Reception were open 24x7 and were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable and homely hotel, clean and great value for money. Breakfast was included and was what you would expect in Turkey. Booked transfers tbrough the hotel and they were great with good communication via Whatsapp.

Cons: All was good. Would stay again.

Pros: Absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul. The staff are really friendly and that is what makes the overall experience great. Especially Nur, she was amazing. Breakfast was nice and nutritious, but was very repetitive so it would be nice if there was more variety.

Pros: The hotel offers an excellent value for money and is very well located, close to the main attractions in the area, which was a big advantage for us. Special thanks to Ismail, who welcomed us warmly and made sure throughout our stay that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He also helped with the parking, ensuring that we had a parking spot available upon our arrival, which we truly appreciated. It really proves that the right people make the place. We had a very pleasant experience and will definitely come back.

Pros: Everything was perfect. First of all, the staff: very present, ready to respond to any request. Although the hotel does not have its own parking, we were provided with free parking on the street, right next to the hotel. Many thanks to Mr. Izmail who responded quickly and with great kindness to our requests. Excellent hotel, very neat, chic and clean. Comfortable and welcoming room. A tasty breakfast with fresh ingredients. Very good coffee. The most suitable location if you want to feel the pulse of Istanbul, very close to the sights and the shopping area. We always come back here with pleasure.

Pros: Staff are very helpful and accomodating. We booked a room for 3. I like how the double bed and single bed has their own enclaves for privacy. Location is near Ayasofia and Sultanahmet tram (about 700 meters). Overall good value for money

Pros: Location in a quiet old part of the city, our windows were facing the court which helped as well. Clean room with everything necessary, including tea/coffee. Nice varied breakfast. Nice staff. Short walk to the main attractions. Small roof terrace to admire sea views.

Lovely little hotel, excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location, easy walk to all main attractions. Lovely restaurants nearby. Staff lovely, especially Ismail who was very helpful. Breakfast basic but plentiful.

Pros: The hotel is located in a very cosy and quiet neighborhood, yet very close to all the major attractions of Istanbul that you can admire from the rooftop terrace of the hotel. The biggest plus however is the incredibly nice and helpful staff. We forgot a bag in the hotel room and Ismail made his magic work so that someone brought the bag to us at the airport in time for us to even catch our flight. Highly recommended!!
