We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.👌👌👌

Pros: Everything at the hotel was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day, we parked our car right in front of the hotel and didn’t have to worry about it at all. All compliments to the hotel staff 👌

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like here.

Great stay

Pros: Friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming, the location was also ideal with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and had everything necessary, can't fault anything to be honest. Excellent stay, would return again.

Cons: Would add some options for breakfast perhaps. There were foods to choose from, especially for adults, and the coffee was good, but perhaps some variety in the cereal and fruit would have been ideal.

Pros: Excellent location, at walking distance from main objectives in Sultanahmet area. Good breakfast, nice and clean hotel.

Cons: The heating system is not great. It works in some AC system wich is kind of noisy during the night. Maybe is not the same in every room.

Generous front of house staff in a wonderful location in the heart of old town Istanbul.

Pros: The location right in the midst of the old town and was fabulous and easily accessible on foot to all the main attractions. The staff were fantastic and each of the three managers were knowledgeable, informative and helpful beyond expectation which ensured our stay in Istanbul was memorable.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Perfect location to see all of the sights in Istanbul. The staff were lovely and very helpful with organising activities. They even provided a birthday present for one our guests who had a birthday during our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, an easy 5min walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Felt very safe, clean and restaurants, shops etc are all right there. Breakfast was a really good selection and they also were great and catered for gluten free. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good amenities provided shower was a good big size. The staff stored our bags and helped us to book a taxi to our next destination. I also used the laundry service (paid) for it was quick and really good!

Cons: We knew we had a twin room with single beds, but just be aware they are quite narrow for single beds. This might be the norm in Europe, but in NZ a single is a fair amount wider. Having said that, the beds were still comfortable.

Pros: Very kind and helpful personnel, clean and nice rooms, wonderful kitchen, all these in the closest proximity of the Aya Sophia and Blue Mosques.

Pros: We had two bookings and one of them was upgraded, which we appreciated very much. We had asked for a paking place for our car and it turned out that a spot had been reserved right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. We chose this hotel because of its proximity (short walking distance) to some of the old town attractions and it did not disappoint. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast was quite adequate and satisfying.

Cons: The air conditioning was somewhat noisy.
