Great hospitality with amazing view at a convenient location.

Pros: I had the room with ocean view and it was absolutely gorgeous to wake up to that view. The terrace also had a nice view. Mohammad was an amazing host; he went above and beyond to help me. Even kept my luggage for free as I traveled to Cappadocia. I really appreciate the hospitality. The location is excellent, very close to Blue Mosque and tram station.

Cons: The bathroom is way too small with the tiniest basin I have seen in my life, for staying there three days it became a nuisance. The breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet style. Apart from boiled egg, there was sausage curry and fried dumpling thing, which were actually good for filling the tummy. There weren't many guests in the hotel, but still, they would run out of fried dumplings when I arrived a bit late. Also, boiled eggs seem a bit low-effort, since there is a kitchen and the breakfast lady can easily fry an egg.

A great little hotel in a terrific location overlooking the sea

Pros: Great spot with balcony overlooking the sea. Right near to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Surrounded by restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location is great. Less than 15 min walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Top Kapi and Basilika Cistern. We felt perfectly safe and you will find a big variety of shops, cafés and taverns in walking distance. Also very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you Hasan, Muhammad and the lady in breakfast area, for your assistance and really useful info. You made our stay much more interesting and pleasant! Teşekkür ederim! Breakfast was delicious, with a fair variety of options, including mozzarella beans, cheesepie rolls and coconut flavored biscuits. Our room and especially the breakfast area had a marvellous view - you can watch the Marmara sea sunrise! Generally, it is good value for money, provided that you get all that at a low price into a highly touristic area.

Cons: First day, we got a room not thoroughly cleaned - used teacups, smudges on the bench underneath the bathroom mirror, stains of the bedsheets, torn pillowcase. I get it, sometimes a few spots can be overlooked, but the number of overlooked spots was high enough to demand another room. We got a new room indeed - that room was perfectly clean and tidy! I wanted to give this hotel (with extremely pleasant and helpful staff) a 10 rating, but i cannot do so, due to this incident. However, on my way back to Istanbul, i will book here again.

Pros: There is everything you might need during your trip, good place near the old center and good price, very friendly and helpful personnel . I think that is the best what you can get for this price.

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance of major tourist attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient. Both the daytime and evening staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the beautiful ocean view from my room – it really made the experience even more special.

Cons: Bathroom facilities were a bit outdated, and the breakfast was disappointing.
