Pros: First of all, I would like to thank Özgür. He arranged our round-trip hotel transfers and provided us with very helpful information and great route suggestions about Istanbul. He also assisted us a lot with the tours. The hotel offers wonderful tours, all very well organized. The hotel itself is amazing — the rooms, service, and overall atmosphere are excellent. The terrace is absolutely stunning. You can see the whole of Istanbul from there, with an incredible view. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Istanbul.

Near, clean, value for money and centrally located hotel in the old city.

Pros: Ozgur from reception was very helpful in arranging trips and anyways had helpful advice. The location is good, very close to the Blue Mosque but still in a quiet street. The Breakfast was not high in protein but still filling with good variety. Good value for the price, best and clean hotel.

Cons: The room could do with a few more hangers, not a big deal.

Pros: Very good hotel! My parents stayed in that hotel and were pretty much satisfied with all the things! Fascinating service - in the beginning they checked in to the room earlier although they were not obliged to do so. Foodstuff is delicious and big in assortments! The terrace with the Bosfor view is beautiful! A good location- the main sightseeings are about 5 mins of walk Should also mention: Özgur from the staff helped my parents so much! Tesekkur! Guys, He deserves a raise I would definitely choose Artefes again for my next trips to Istanbul!
