Pros: The hotel is located in the old town, very close to attractions. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Parking is on the street but secure and free of charge. Breakfast could be slightly improved, especially if you are staying at the hotel for several days. The stairs to the upper floors may cause some problems for certain people.

Cons: The promised 20% discount for dinner at their restaurant was not honored.

Istanbul is always a good choice. The hotel's location allows you to be in the center of events.

Pros: The excellent location, the convenience for the personal car we were traveling with and for which the hotel hosts helped us park in a convenient place, the welcome we received upon check-in. The breakfast is continental, but offers enough choice and is nutritious.

Cons: Everything was normal and I have no comment.

Pros: Zwykłe standardowe - w sam raz na początek dnia. Fajna dzielnica. blisko do zabytków, a jednocześnie na uboczu i w pobliżu tradycyjnej dzielnicy (z barberem włącznie). Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój mieliśmy na samek górze (3 piętro). Trochę krętych schodów (bez windy), ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Na 3 piętrze jest taras.

Udoban smještaj, savršena lokacija i izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, sve preporuke!

Pros: Boravila sam u ovom hotelu 11 noći i moje iskustvo je bilo savršeno od prvog do posljednjeg dana. Hotel je prelijep, izuzetno čist i uredan, a atmosfera vrlo prijatna. Osoblje je nevjerovatno ljubazno, uslužno i dostupno u svako doba dana i noći. Svaku moju potrebu riješili su brzo, s osmijehom i velikom profesionalnošću. Posebno bih istakla momka po imenu Safi, koji mi je uveliko pomogao oko kofera, snalaženja i svega što mi je bilo potrebno tokom boravka. U okolini hotela nalaze se sve glavne turističke atrakcije, a javni prevoz je vrlo blizu i lako dostupan. Tokom cijelog boravka nisam imala nijednu neprijatnu situaciju niti problem. Toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel svima koji traže udoban, miran i siguran smještaj u Istanbulu. Sigurno ću se vratiti opet. Hvala na svemu!
