I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed everything.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was very good.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great.

Pros: The hotel is very well located right in the centre of the city! The staff met us with a friendly attitude and helped with every request we had, even making the breakfast earlier according to the flight we had next morning. The facilities are clean and convenient, rooms are small, but perfect for a couple days stay. Hot water in the showers and hotel provided umbrellas kept us warm and dry in cold Istanbul weather in February! :)

Pros: It is in a central location in downtown Istanbul, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. We also loved the Turkish breakfast and the rooftop with its Bosphorus view, and we admired the hotel's old, traditional wooden house. As cat lovers, we found this city to be a paradise, with cats everywhere — they're so cute and you can pet and feed them.

Cons: The bathroom was outdated and not comfortable to use. Although the limited space cannot be changed, a little renovation and maintenance could work wonders. A vintage bathroom could be created to match the beautiful old wooden building. As for the area, eating at restaurants is very expensive and overpriced, so it's worth going out of the city center and to the Eminönü, Galata Bridge bread & fish buffets. Entrance fees to tourist attractions are also overpriced.

Nice people in this hotel and we felt like being at home

Pros: the staff was very cooperative . Normally on these tourist places, I do not find this thing but I am impressed with the people there . They helped us from places to visit till the arrangements of cruise trips for us at very competitive rates and they cooperated with us more than we expected and asked for . I appreciate the people in this hotel.
