Top Lage Aussicht aus unserer Unterkunft

Pros: Ich bin letztes Jahr bereits in einer anderen Wohnung in diesem Gebäude gewesen. Mir gefällt am besten die Lage. In zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten erreichbar sind die Strandpromenade, die Fußgängerzone oder die Metro. Außerdem ist alles was man sonst noch braucht wie Supermarkt, Bäcker oder Apotheke im Umkreis von wenigen Metern zu finden.

Cons: Leider wird die Wohnung nicht ausreichend gepflegt und erscheint dadurch was abgenutzt. Laminatlücken, Gardinen die teilweise aus den Schienen raushingen. Oder Türscharnieren der Schranktüren. defekt. Die Reinigung war ausreichend.

Excellent

Pros: Great location, convenient to both the metro and marmaray. There is a market downstairs in the building which was convenient for being able to prepare our own meals. Very comfortable bed, good air conditioning which was very nice to have in the hot summer. And the host was very kind and helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Istanbul.

Schoon appartement, goede locatie

Pros: Het appartement is op een kwartier loopafstand van metrostation Tavsantepe (vierde halte vanaf Sabiha Gokcen Airport). Gelegen in een beveiligd complex met een portier. Om de hoek een supermarkt (Migros), apotheek, eettentjes en een apotheek. Elke zaterdag een grote markt met van alles en nog wat (Pendik Halk pazari) op max 10 min loopafstand. Het centrum van Pendik een kwartier verderop. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk groot tweepersoonsbed. Goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser en oven. Badkamer is prima met een wasmachine. Alles was brandschoon! Het complex beschikt over een zwembad. Heerlijk verblijf, weg uit de drukte. Wij hebben genoten!

Cons: Omdat Sabiha Gokcen Airport in de buurt ligt kan je, als je met je raam open wilt slapen, last ondervinden van het geluid. Raam dicht of oortjes in helpt zeker. Voor de rest niets!

Pros: Хороший район, если хочется быть в комфорте и подальше от суеты. Великолепный хозяин, всегда поможет, очень лоялен, любой вопрос не останется не замеченным, причем даже если ты его не задал)) очень приятные впечатления и хочется вернуться туда снова

Pros: Просто потрясающее место! Шикарный жилой комплекс, в котором всё продумано! Персонал максимально любезен- во всём помогут, подскажут. Сам хозяин- максимально-приятный человек!Отзывчивый, на связи 24/7(мы,конечно старались не злоупотреблять, но за неделю прибывания вопросы у нас возникали). В комплексе чисто и очень уютно! Большое СПАСИБО за прекрасную неделю в Стамбуле!❤️
