Pros: Nice and clean. Lots of facilities. Great communication with the owner.

Cons: The only option to pay was in cash upon arrival and the person we had to pay to did not speak any English so not very welcoming to foreigners. The advert stated it would be more of a hotel style reception for the apartment, this was not how I would describe this.

Pros: It is very well designed, decorated, furnished and equipped apartment, including Air condition, featuring two (2) rooms - Dayroom and Bedroom! The kitchen in Dayroom is furnished with: Oven, Hot plate, Microwave oven, , Aspirator Huge fridge, Dishwasher, Tableware, Kitchenware, Glassware. There is Washing machine located in the bathroom.

Cons: An el. bulb busted, bath room sink drained slowly

Pros: Great apartments in a new modern building block. You have everything you need and even more. Clean, convenience with all utensils and furniture. Very good location, close to Metro and Marmaray train which can help you reach SAW Airport or Istanbul city center. Supermarket inside the building. 15 min walk to seaside and parks. And super friendly host. Definitely will stay here next time.

Cons: Everything was great. Outdoor pool was closed because of the season.

MY APPETITTE FOR HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE WAS SATED...

Pros: WE HAD ALL OUR MEALS AT LOCAL RESTAURANTS AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE RESIDENCIAL MANAGER. IT WAS A FANTASTIC , HOSPITAL AND UNEXPECTED ATMOSPHERE EVERYWHERE. NOT THE LAST TIME BY FAR. THANK YOU CEBECI RESIDENTIAL.

Cons: THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A BOTTLE OF DRINKING WATER IN THE FRIDGE DUE TO THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE. BUT NOT A HUGE PROBLEM AS THE COMPOUND HAD ITS CONNECTING SUPERMARKET.. VERY CONVENIENT INDEED. SUPER!!

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Very clean, new apartment in a good location, on ground floor there's migros market and a number of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: I didn't like the check in process ,we called Mr.sefa,the owner and then we security personnel scan our passports and we gave him the rental fee, this process done in the street, I didn't like this way.
