Pros: Location - only a couple of minutes to the Istanbul Old city highlights; Centrally positioned yet quiet street with lots of character; Nice, cozy living arrangement with an interesting view over the layers of the city beneath, and the stunning sea backdrop; Friendly, supportive, nice staff members. Minhaj would absolutely get out of his way providing us with advice, recommendations and support during our stay - and well beyond - making sure our needs were met. Outstanding service 😊

Pros: I was there for 5 days with my family. The family room is comfortable with an amazing sea view. Same for the breakfast hall. The two receptionists Minhaj & Suna are very kind and helpful. They made sure our stay was safe & gave amazing tips to help us get around the area. Arranged transport to/from the airport and any other places we wanted to visit. Would totally recommend Sur Hotel!

Pleasant stay in a small hotel with friendly staff and a great location near the Blue Mosque.

Pros: The hotel has a great location near the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Square, the staff were very friendly, and the price–quality ratio was really good. Overall, a place I would recommend for a short stay in Istanbul.

Cons: The room was quite small and a bit noisy, and breakfast was rather simple.

MAGICAL

Pros: The accommodation was very well located - little supermarkets and restaurants very close by. ALL the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly - thank you Suna and others (I forget your colleagues names - sorry) - for all the wapps and fixing issues as they arose. It was so amazing, when we needed time out, to sit on our two patios watching the Bosphorus on one side and the Blue Mosque on the other side. Bed was extremely comfortable. Was lovely to have a kettle and fridge in room. Really was ideal accommodation for my husband and myself - just note that you have steps to climb up to apartment as lift does not go all the way up

Cons: on our first night we were confused by the bedding - but that got sorted out. Had to ask for toilet paper quite often but it was given - otherwise not much else that we did not like -

We upgraded to Seven studio apartment, we had the room with 2 beds. It was excellent.

Pros: The customer service provided by Suna and Arsan was excellent. Very helpful and kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. The sea view from the breakfast terrace is excellent

Pros: Nice location. Close to the mosques. Nice staff. Suna from the front desk was great . Also the staff in general was nice 👍 They allowed us to leave the baggage at them even after checkout because the plane was at a later hour.

Cons: I wouldn't have high hopes for the breakfast option. I recommend having breakfast at a restaurant nearby

Great location, amazing service and room value for money.

Pros: The welcoming service by the young guy in glasses was exceptional, he assisted my mum and I in everything and was able to answer any queries we had with either our room or visiting points / locations and recommendations. As well as organising tours for us and transport to the airport. Amazing service, and the hotel was in a perfect location - all staff was friendly too and room was certainly value for money.

Cons: The bathroom, could do with an upgrade and deep clean. While on stay the bathroom was not cleaned so we had to asked for it to be clean as there was also a small from the drain, but it was not much fuss as we were not in the room often and it was sufficient to shower / get ready for the day to tour.
