Great location great staff clean

Pros: Excellent front of house staff super friendly and helpful , great location , clean , close to everything you need

Cons: Was supposed to be double bed but was 2 singles together which kept coming apart when sleeping

Pros: Good location. Very close to the airport shuttle bus station. Great place for a last day in Istanbul. Very helpful and professional staff

Cons: Rooms are small. Lighting could be improved as it felt dark in the room with all the lights on

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. The location is perfect — just a short walk away from all types of public transportation in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, always greeting me with a smile. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Pros: Before our stay, we were thinking that the location was gonna be the best thing about that stay but after 2 days staying I can count lots of things before location. Especially cleaning was completely excellent! Any time cleaners clean the room, you feel like at home. Nothing was missed. There were always fresh towels and toilet articles. On the other hand, the hotel management was very friendly and kind. Every detail has been considered. They always try to make your life easier. I would love to thank them. From now on I am pretty sure about where to stay next time. See you soon guys!

very good location if you want to travel by boat

Pros: I want to say thank you to the hotel staff! Very friendly, speak several languages and are always ready to help. Very polite.

Cons: At first I was upset by the view from the window that overlooked the technical floor, but then I was glad that the window did not overlook a busy street, because it is a very busy area and there is a lot of noise on the street. I advise everyone to take a room with a view of the courtyard if you want to sleep better

Pros: The front desk staff were personable and kind, and went out of their way to help me with any questions. They even helped me run an errand, as I speak no Turkish. The location is excellent, accessible to transit, taxis, and a great neighbourhood. Great choice if you prefer a Turkish neighbourhood and night life. I always felt safe, as a woman traveling alone. Great coffee and snacks right outside the door. And the nearby square is full of life in the evenings. Great value for the price.

Pros: The staff was perfectly polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel features large, comfortable rooms that are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Beds were cozy, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I strongly recommend you.

Pros: Location could not be better. Next to museums, affordable street food and shopping. 100 meters from ferry boat to the old city that will save you a long car ride there. Quiet silent rooms on the back part. Front rooms with balcony and superb view to the Bosphorous. Very friendly helpful staff. Step free walk in lobby. Ideal for guests with mobility issues.
