Pros: Jigad was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay—the hotel is in a great, safe location, and the top floors have a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea

Pros: We really liked the location it’s close to the main attractions and very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also loved having a room with a sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: It was a bit noisy at night due to the sounds of the metro or nearby transport. Otherwise, everything was fair for the price and good

Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet area with a lovely sea view and is within walking distance to the sea, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and all the main attractions. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, kettle, and air conditioning. The beds are cozy, and the bathroom with very good shower pressure. Overall, it's a great place to stay and offers good value for money.

Cons: The sea view room is on 3rd floor and without a lift. One has to use stairs.

Good value for money in a decent location.

Pros: Great host. Did his best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Location is good (5 min walk to Sultanahmet square), with some decent restaurants and a grocery store that came in handy to buy water and other supplies for the day. Towels were changed and overall the room was tidy and clean. In the end, you get what you pay for.

Cons: On the downside: TV wasn't working - as in, it turned on but no channels were tuned... Shower could use some improvement.

Pros: I like the location, staff very friendly, very helpful, cooperative. Very good guidence and recomedatios about city and if needed bookigs with duscounted for different activities. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Pros: It was located well for the shore & a variety of touristic buildings. Plenty of restaurants and shops in area. The owner was very accommodating and moved me to another place for my last day/night as o jad issue with tv and steps

Cons: The picture on the site did not show the room i was put-in which was at top of building and smaller than displayed on booking.com shown. Very narrow winding stairs (40) to my room.tv didn’t work.

Pros: The location is perfect to explore the city, all the main attractions are by walkable distance or close by public transport. The room has a nice view to the sea. The receptionist Demir was very kind and he helped us with everything.

Good value for the money I paid.

Pros: Location is nice, 5-7 min walk to the main sightseeing. Good bed and of course value for money. Owner was very hospitable, allowed early check in and late check out.

Cons: If you look more closely, many details look old. E.g. fridge, table, ceiling. It makes sense to refresh them. If the pros hadn’t been mentioned, I’d rate it a bit lower because of the partial renovation

Pros: The room was very good. The owner was very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay in Istanbul. You can ask to him for many suggestions on what to visit in Istanbul. Next time, I will stay at the same place again. Thank you.

Pros: I was truly glad I booked here and will come back + The location is truly good, not even 10min walk from the blue mosque and you have transportation even closer (2min). clean, comfortable, and the host is very nice too, ready to help you at any time. I definitely think this is the best quality/price housing you can get in Istanbul so I would for sure recommend it to my friends !
