Fantastic stay!

Pros: All the staff was very very nice and kind, particularly the ladies that clean the room and are assisting at the breakfast. The room was large and cozy and the bed very comfortable. The room was provided with towels - 1 hand towel and 1 body towel but no towel for the hair -, slippers and had kettle, coffee and tea. I liked the decoration and colors. I went in the winter and the room was always warm.

Cons: At times there was a very subtle unpleasent smell from the toilet pipes (it was related to the cleaning quality). Everything else was fine.

Pros: Great location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very good and varied breakfast and an excellent evening time restaurant.

Cons: Shower was a bit fiddly but eventually worked it out.

Pros: Really nice location and especially balcony in the room, with view to the garden. Nice wooden design, top service.

Cons: Very audible! You can hear every sigh of people in the hotel. Not so comfortable bed - we asked for 1 big, but it was 2 little bed with common hard mattress.

Pros: In a fantastic location right in the thick of the Old Town, this hotel is in a beautiful building. The staff are friendly and the room was fantastic. All amenities are provided. The balcony overlooking the strait is amazing. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch.

A wonderful place to stay

Pros: We liked the location, the garden in the inside yard. The restaurant with wonderful views. We appreciate the staff who prepared a special decoration in our room for our wedding anniversary. All the people were very nice and welcoming.

Cons: Since we had a SPA bathroom in our room , which was actually really great experience for the cold days, it was very hot in the room and we always had to close the door to the bathroom ( which made a very loud sound and not comfortable for the night) and therefore we had to sleep with an open window, and sometimes it was noisy. The room needs renovation definitely. But we highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant.
