Perfect in every way!

Pros: Literally perfect. location couldn’t be better. lovely family atmosphere, comfy bed and well maintained. (plus there were amazing local gifts in the room) they are very generous. we loved one of the teas and they gifted us several. You really feel in a safe, warm, and friendly place here.

A hundred times better than staying at a 5 star chain hotel! Best choice for a place to stay in Istanbul!

Pros: It was expertly built, with people with disabilities in mind, designed in a quaint, vibrant, homely, and clean way that still held a charming amount of personality. Not only was it a few minutes from all the main attractions by foot, it was in the heart of the local stops for authentic food, tea, treats and even markets! The owners were so friendly, approachable and delivered service in an anticipatory way, rather than waiting to be asked always; wether it’s ensuring you had an umbrella to borrow to head out on rainy or snowy days or needed someone to take a picture of you when you forgot your tripod. They were so lovely, and had the best recommendations for everything so you can avoid getting scammed, and even had the cutest mascot (already miss you baby Niel!). 15/10 for the service and hospitality!

Wonderful!

Pros: Excellent brand new cozy hotel with modern facilities, very central - around 500m to the Blue Mosque, yet in a quiet street - best location. We had 2 rooms, which meant the whole floor was ours :) We got a nice welcome gift at the arrival, and there is always Turkish delight available in the lobby:)

Pros: The hotel is clean and pleasant, with very beautiful and newly renovated interiors. I originally booked another hotel, but when I arrived the conditions there were terrible. I quickly booked a room at Pastel Hotel, and within 2 minutes they sent me access to the room right away. Thank you so much for your help! The location is excellent — all the historical attractions are nearby. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the Hagia Sophia Mosque. These are central streets, so I can’t say it’s quiet at night, but it didn’t bother me. I will definitely come back! 🙏

Fresh, family-run gem with a perfect location

Pros: I stumbled upon this place and it’s clearly a new, family-run spot. The youngest member of family is only 3 months old, and they greeted us with warmth. Even with self check-in, they took care of everything and offered a bunch of tips. Highly recommended for a relaxed, friendly stay.

Pros: Отличное расположение - практически в самом центре Султанахмет, при этом чуть в стороне от оживленных улиц, что автоматически предполагает тишину и спокойствие во время сна. Отель со свежим ремонтом и новыми мебелью, техникой. Отличная удобная кровать с очень комфортабельными матрасом и подушками. Ремонт сделан максимально хорошо с точки зрения эргономики - достаточное кол-во розеток, светильников, выключателей с удобным доступом. Возможна самостоятельная регистрация в случае сильно позднего или раннего прибытия - на почту присылается цифровые коды входной двери отеля и номера. Несмотря на то, что с персоналом практически не встречались ввиду позднего прибытия, постоянного нахождения в городе во время проживания и раннего убытия, сотрудник постоянно был на связи в мессенджере booking и, как мне кажется, был готов решить любую проблему, с которой мы к счастью за время проживания не столкнулись. Рекомендую с чистым сердцем и готов буду при оказии снова выбрать это отель.
