Family Istanbul Hotel

Pros: Great location, hospitality and professionalism of the whole staff.

Pros: The room was very clean and the people at the reception were very kind and welcoming. I recommend this place.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and always smiling. Ahmad in particular was extremely friendly and often checked in to ask how my day was and whether I needed anything. Both members of the hotel staff were very polite and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Cons: Not the cleanest. The breakfast was bad, but its value for the money I paid was very good, so can’t really complain

Convenient for staying right in the center

Pros: We only stayed 1 night (flight stop over). We wanted a cheap, clean, central accomodation with good access to/from airport. We got exactly that with a bonus of really friendly and helpful welcome. Location was perfect.

Would Recommend!

Pros: We booked this last minute - literally at 11pm and arrived at 11.10pm. We had just be scammed in the Constantinopolis Hotel around the corner and turned up to shared rooms after we had booked individual ones. We thought it was a mistake until we heard the next check in being told the same thing!! So three stressed travellers turned up at the Family Hotel Istanbul and it was like coming home! Fabulous staff - greeted us with warm tea, cold water & a sing song! Rooms were comfortable, spacious and the location is very central. Only minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. Would recommend.

Unforgetable.

Pros: The hotel was close to my favourite place in İstanbul:Hagia Sophia,to tram and bus station,to the sea,to the ferry…so:great location.It is a nice ,cosy and warm place for families.If you want lux ,don t go there.If you want friends,having a good time,”home like” moments,then ,is deffinetly a place for you.

Fabulous family experience at this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Pros: The breakfast was nice had everything that you needed. The location was excellent only 10 minute walk to blue mosque. But above all the staff which included the owner Ayvaz was so hospitable and generous. Shout out to umit too they made our stay really memorable as would go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always offering us tea and coffee throught the day and I was even able to go to the kitchen and make it myself. Honestly in the true sense they made you feel like family and even changed our room on request the next day as it was difficult for my friend to climb the stairs. It may be a small hotel which I prefer as its more personal but everyone had a big heart ❤️ and I cannot fault that at all.

Friendly place in a pretty area

Cons: I just wish the bed in 402 was a little softer. My back hurt quite a bit after the week.
