Pros: Amazing! Great communication with the Host. Very comfortable, great location, clean and lovely. Once you get around you understand this place provides all your need. Will be back.

A modern, well-equipped apartment

Pros: The apartment is new, modern, and well maintained, with good-quality furnishings and equipment. Cleaning is included in the price, which is very convenient. The kitchen has good-quality cookware and a dishwasher. We also really appreciated that we were allowed to check out later than the standard time at no extra cost.

Cons: The area can be a bit noisy and not the most pleasant. The kitchen is quite small and combined with the entrance area, which may feel slightly cramped. Hot water supply was occasionally inconsistent. Basic kitchen items such as salt, oil, and a dish sponge were not provided. In the main bedroom, the gas water heater/heating unit is located inside the room and can be quite noisy, which disturb sleep. The lighting in the bedroom is also rather dim.

Good for kids and eldery

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here 😊 The host was super friendly, kind, and very responsive always quick to reply and happy to help. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for families, especially with kids and elderly. Check-in was smooth and everything was well taken care of. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place to others ❤️ near to beyazit station

Great place in the heart of old town

Pros: Great location - near Grand bazaar, everything was near and we could walk anywhere on foot. The appartment itself is well equipt, if we needed anything - the host was willing to help and provide what we needed. Washing machine and dish washer were very handy, as we were 6 people and had a lot of clothes and dishes. Host also helped us with arranging taxies to and from Airport, which we highly appreciate.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from the outside in one of the rooms, facing the street, but it did not disturb our sleep much, just keep this in mind if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Great little place to stay on a great location. We loved Istanbul and would definitely stay at Mar Residence again.

Pros: Great location if you like a local feel. The entry is nice and easy and the lift was terrific. Inside is warm and well equiped. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Cons: Nothing really. A bit small but we spent most of our time out exploring so didn’t really matter.

Pros: Location is close to food lane & grand bazaar. Tram station is mere few mins walk to connect me to other places.

Cons: Uphill/downhill walk to reach to the apartment with bolders road that is a challenging walk.

Very good experience

Pros: Excellent location in the old part of Istanbul , very close to main attractions like grand bazaar and all the mosques and other historical and cultural areas. Good price for 3 rooms, very nice and helpful host and his housekeeper. Option to arrange for ride from the airport with the owner which was very convenient

Excellent location for everything we wanted

Pros: Location. The owner was extremely friendly and most helpful. The lift!!

Cons: The main bedroom shower could have drained better. Maybe a little more kitchen equipment.

Pros: It's a new apartment, full of all comforts , in a new realized building. Staff simply perfect.

Cons: Floor and bathrooms are really very clean, but, only to achieve perfection, I suggest to clean a little bit more door frames and bedside tables.
