We had an enjoyable stay.

Pros: The location is convenient. Near to the tram station. Restaurants is very nearby, and a lot of choices.

Cons: No lift. It is quite a hassle to carry our luggages up.

Good value for money in a great location, renovated and spacious rooms :)

Pros: The location was great, the rooms were spacious and nicely refurbished, very modern.

Cons: A bit of mold in the bathroom, besides that the rest was ok.

Pros: Everything was exactly as described and depicted, the host was very helpful, plus the superb location! I needed reliable internet access for work and got exactly that!

A nice apartment to stay in.

Pros: The apartment has all you need; you can cook and refrigerate things. It is very close to the main tourist attractions, you can handle everything but foot. The owner was very nice, he left us a small present in the door (small box of Lokum) Despite the characteristic noise of Istanbul, it was possible to sleep; the windows provided some sound insulation.

Pros: Apartment very roomy. Host Abdullah very nice and there to meet us on entry. Good range of cooking facilities & appreciated microwave. Well positioned for Food Street and Tram station Beyazit. Comfy lounge chairs too. Highly recommend. Key for building entry and key to apartment, security good

Great host and location

Pros: Abdullah's hospitality, contacting us before, during and after our stay. Good location, a few minutes from Grand Bazaar and the tram. We were 5 guests so got a room with a double and single bed. And 2 sofa beds in the living room. Pity they are in the living room given the limitation of space. Viby area - restaurants along the street.

Cons: For information for other guests - the stairs are narrow and there is no lift. Thankfully, we were on the 1st floor. The bathroom drains smelled due to a municipality issue, so out of the host's control. However, Abdullah provided us with air freshener.

Would stay here again!

Pros: Room looks just like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, pillow and blankets. Clean towels. Microwave, fridge and kettle worked. Air-con and TV worked. WiFi was fast. Great location, main attractions were within walking distance and good restaurants right outside the house.

Cons: Very small bathroom, surprisingly no bidet but they gave us enough toilet paper and overall bathroom was very clean.
