Great value for money and the nicest host you will have in your life!

Pros: Yılmaz is the nicest host I have ever met! His hospitality and the way he takes care of guests are truly exceptional. He organized a comfortable transfer for us from the airport and to the airport, every couple of days he messaged us to ask if we are doing fine. If any problems appeared he did everything to solve them as fast as possible. 20 out of 10! Also, the apartment is very, very warm, even hot, which is very important in winter. It has everything you need and it’s very centrally located. Great value for money and we would love to come back

Perfect apartment for family

Pros: The apartment is clean, clear and cozy. Owner is very open and friendly man and ready to help in all of you need. Very good master bed and good two sofas with good bed linen, good shower-room, good kitchen (all enough for us for good price (we are family - dad, mom, daughter and son)). All dishes, pots, pans, cups, kitchen appliences for home cooking (even turk with turkish coffee and cutting board as well:) The apartment is located closer to main historcal objects, 5 minutes to tram staion, 15 minutes to sea.

Pros: Perfect stay for our trip to Istanbul! We stayed here with friends and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main sights, which made everything super easy. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. We would definitely recommend it to others and would happily stay here again next time!

Pros: Within walking distance from historical center. There are cafes, supermarkets and a tram stop nearby. Quiet street, safe area. The apartment is clean, cozy. It is equiped with everything you need for living. The owner is hospitable and caring, always ready to help.

Pros: My stay at this apartment was excellent. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, close to all the main attractions. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Additionally, the host was exceptional: always attentive, friendly, and willing to help at all times. Without a doubt, it’s a perfect choice to enjoy Istanbul in a convenient and comfortable way. Highly recommended!”

Satisfied and i fully enjoyed Istanbul

Pros: I am writing the review for a family of 4 people. I had a wonderful week in the apartment. The host was very caring and always took the initiative to support us. Thank you Again, Yilmaz. I hope we meet again soon. Comfort; it was cozy, well equipped with more than I expected, thermal and sound insulation, and felt bigger than the pictures. Security; The apart. Is well located and surrounded by many hotels, Hamam, and restaurants. Accessibility; It is near Çemberlıtaş tram station, a 3min walk, (Attention for old people you need to expect hills in all of Istanbul)

Pros: L'apartement est proche des lieux touriqtiques et du tram. C'était propre et bien équipée de ce vous en aurez besoin durant notre séjour. Le propriétaire est très serviable et nous a aidé à arranger un transfert à l'airoport

Cons: C'est situé au niveau d'une pente que les sujets agées peuvent trouver dure.

Pros: Замечательные апартаменты,чисто ,тепло. Очень близко к достопримечательностям Стамбула. Очень вежливый владелец апартаментов,всегда интересуется все ли в порядке. Очень рекомендую данные апартаменты.

Muy buen espacio para hospedarse en Estambul

Pros: Es muy limpio, completo y bien ubicado (a unos mins caminando de la Mezquita azul y muy cerca de estaciones de tranvía). El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy amable.
