Pros: The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and the location was very good.

Cons: Just didnt’t like the pillows that’s it.

Pros: Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were cleaned daily, and housekeeping was always happy to bring extra water or cream for my coffee whenever I asked, since I don’t drink it black. At breakfast, the staff made sure we didn’t miss out on the fresh pastries — one kind lady even brought them directly to our table.

Cons: The only downside was that it was sometimes noisy outside due to the lively neighborhood, but that’s not the hotel’s or staff’s fault — just part of being in the vibrant city center.

Very comfortable, pleasant, and unbothered.

Pros: They gave us the room earlier as it was already cleaned. Also they were kind to serve the breakfast super early in the morning because we had to leave before breakfast time.

Cons: The lady serving the breakfast area in the morning never said hello back, and was always grumpy it is not something I would normally complain about but when someone greets you face to face, you usually greet them back.

Pros: Close to bus stop and city center, close to cozy bars for a drink afterwards. The bedroom size was great and clean. Personal is friendly

Cons: Breakfast is quite small , with very limited options and is not refilled very often, so our second night almost no bread or eggs, and the juice is not fresh but rather from a box. The room had a cigarette sting, but the personal was kind enough to help us get rid of it as best as they could

Very nice hotel

Pros: We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed: a small table, armchair, sofa, and nightstand. Cleaning was done every day. It was quiet at night, so we slept well. Breakfast was good — typical Turkish style. The location is very convenient: close to Osmanbey metro station and bus stops, so it’s easy to get to the city center and main attractions. You can also walk to Dolmabahçe Palace through the beautiful Nişantaşı area. The only thing to keep in mind: the hotel is on a hill, so it might be a bit hard for people who don’t like walking uphill or for parents with strollers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Pros: Friendly and helpful service, nice interior, good air conditioning, no leaks or bad smell. Good breakfast. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, as well as baggage storing. Surely will stay again.

Pros: The location is central yet quiet. The receptionist was very nice and welcomed us with free tea.

Cons: The beds were a bit hard for us, but they are nice and orthopaedic.
