Pros: The staff were respectful, supportive and understanding. Besides, the location is very unique and nearly by the public transportation as well as the shops and restaurants. I would book again in my next visit.

Good hotel, nicely located, very good breakfast.

Pros: The location and breakfast were excellent. Most of the staff were very cooperative. The manager Murat was particularly understanding and close to all the guests.

Cons: Housekeeping was the weak point of this hotel. Cleaning was not top. Replacement of bathroom items like towels and toilet tissue was sometimes missed. Reception staff could be more flexible.
