Already booked another stay.

Pros: Great location. Close to public transport , cafes, restaurants, shopping. Very clean, staff are super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, good location

Pros: Good location, very clean, not very spacious rooms but ok. Good area with shops and restaurants around , close to metro station. Very kind, English speaking personnel. I recommend.

Cons: WIFI was not good and plenty of small things like shaking tap and door-handling of the bathroom and signs of tear are visible, which is not good for 4 star hotel. No parking! The good thing is that we found a private one on the next street at TRL 800 per day.

Hospitality and comfort in an incredible city

Pros: My stay exceeded my expectations. I'm especially grateful for the warm welcome I received. Unfortunately, upon my arrival in Istanbul, my wallet was stolen, and I lost all my documents. When I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed by Nigar, who was my safe haven and my comfort at that moment! I will never forget her help and hospitality!

Pros: The hotel fully met our expectations. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and parking is included. I would especially like to note the work of the staff, all employees worked great. I would especially like to appreciate the efforts of Emrah and Arda. These guys do their job for 10 points.

clean accommodation in a nice area

Pros: The location is excellent, near metro station and in very nice area. My room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfy. The wifi was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was closed during my stay but the staff were ready to make personal breakfast upon request.

Cons: the shower drainage need to be checked.

Peffect stay-location for a conference

Pros: Very good location if attending a conference at Istanbul Conference, within walking distance of about 15mins. Nice affordable restaurants around the area.

Pros: The location was excellent the breakfast choice was a bit limited but what was served was good and fresh .

Cons: The choice was limited , they could add some fresh fruit to the choice which is abundant in IST and perhaps a heathier choice of cereal such as oats or granola
