Highly recommended

Pros: The location is good and there is shopping mall beside the hotel with a metro stop at this mall. The room is quite well designed and spacious. Amenities in the room are provided as well.

Cons: The toilet could be better designed..

perfectly located and truly enjoyable

Pros: Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, room size , speedy check in , our room was ready when we arrived, no waiting, We put the “Make My Room” sign on the door before going out, but we accidentally left the “Do Not Disturb” light on, so when we returned, the room hadn’t been cleaned. We went out again and asked the receptionist to send housekeeping, and although it was after 8:00 pm, they kindly came to clean our room. They were happy to help, and it was very convenient for us.

Cons: The lobby could be more organized, because it’s small and confusing

Pros: A wonderful hotel with an even more wonderful staff, especially Ms. Jawli at the reception (I hope I pronounced the name correctly). A very beautiful city, and the stay was an exceptional experience.Everything in the hotel is wonderful.

Pros: Great value for money, clean hotel, nice view,great location (for what we needed), the underground parking right near the hotel=great asset (it's not the hotel's property, you pay separately)... BUT the staff is priceless (nice people, very helpful,supportive in every aspect of our stay)

Nice weekend in Istanbul

Pros: great breakfast, really service minded staff, nice and clean. We were not happy with our first room that was located on the 3rd floor as we could hear traffic but the staff in the reception changed our room to floor 5 with a nice view over a school yard.

Cons: you could hear the other people in the room next to us, the isolation wasn't good at all.
