Good hotel and exceptional service by Ahmet

Pros: The care provided was exceptional, and the reception staff ensured this. Ahmet was particularly outstanding, assisting us with everything and communicating in excellent English. We found no fault with him, and he is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hotel, deserving of a salary increase. The room was very clean and offered a comfortable amount of space for two people.

Cons: The refrigerator in the room would occasionally shake and rattle at various times throughout the day and night. The lighting was rather dim. Additionally, it would have been beneficial to have heating available during October, as I found the temperature quite cold, but was unable to activate it due to the system's limitations.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Şişli Regard Hotel. The hotel was very clean and everything was well organized. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely stay here again.
