Beautiful hotel in the heart of Nisantasi, amazing customer service!

Pros: I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights for me was the complimentary drinks and cookies available in the lobby 24 hours a day, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel extra welcoming. Breakfast was also very good, and the staff in the breakfast room, Pinar and Yilmaz, were incredible. In fact, all of the staff were outstanding; so kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm and friendly approach really made a difference. I was especially impressed when they kindly stored an item that didn’t fit in my luggage and told me I could collect it next time I’m in Istanbul, which I thought was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Great hotel for a city stay!

Pros: Nice location Clean rooms and modern design Very friendly staff Amenities provided & welcome drinks and cake :)

Cons: Lack of soundproofing (minor issue but at night you could hear people speaking at the lobby) The air conditioning is a bit hard to control and the bathroom ventilation is poor

Pros: The room was good and clean, and the overall condition of the hotel met my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport.

Cons: Breakfast was the same every day, with no variety. The WiFi was also quite slow

Pros: Hygiene, Staff (all staff members) and service are exceptional. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, outstanding service, same for the housekeeping staff. Location is great, walking distance from shops, restaurants, pharmacies....everything you need. It was a great stay.

Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like, but the only comment is that they dont have a restaurant in the hotel that can offer lunch and/or dinner in case you dont feel like leaving the hotel, but as mentioned the hotel is in walking distance from many restaurants
