Good location, clean, nice staff

Pros: Clean, good location, nice staff. Very safe area and easy to travel to touristic areas either via cab or walk. Public transport available nearby but didn’t use it. Recommend :)

Cons: Shower head could be replaced, but other than that it was really good, no complaints

Pros: I absolutely love this hotel! Stay there every time I visit Istanbul! Its clean, super well located and the staff go out of their way to help you with each and every thing you need no matter what time of day, especially Irem who is such a gem and REALLY takes care of every little detail. I can't wait to come back!

Really good hotel, I recommend! Especially it's location!

Pros: Everything was really good, and had a great vacation, staying one week at this hotel, will come back for sure.

Cons: It's not that I didn't like but not all the staff speaks well english, maybe there is room for improvement. But google translate worked very well and everything was ok.

A heartwarming comfortable stay !

Pros: The hotel was so well located near everything in beautiful calm Nisantasi. The administration were welcoming & very accommodating to our needs ! Anor & Irem were always helping & supporting. The privacy of the rooms perfect: We stayed as a family in one floor and mooved freely between the rooms as if we had the property for ourselves. There was a fridge & a kettle + complementary water ; tea & coffee supply. Shampoo & shower gel + soap were always in the bathroom. Cleanliness was up to my expectations. I would definitely love to visit again Isa in the future!

Cons: I would have preferred if they had side lamps near the bed. A microwave would have been great even if only one somewhere accessible in the hotel. Finally; It's very important to let the staff speak English.

Pros: موقع الفندق مميز موظف الاستقبال الرجل لا اعرف اسمه للاسف لطيف وتعامله جيد وكذلك عماله نظافه.

Cons: 1- عند خروجي تم تسليم الحقائب إلى الاستقبال بعد ساعة 12 ظهرآ و وذهبت للتسوق وعند عوده طلبت استخدام الحمام الاستقبال موظفه الاستقبال قالت لي الحمام فقط للنساء وكان هناك حمام واحد يخدم الموظفين والموظفات ولكن كانت عامل الموظفه تغيير لائق جدا مع زبون جلسها عندهم ثمان ليالي ولم يبدروا مني اي مشكله الرجاء من اداره التحقيق في هذا الامر لماذا موظفه الاستقبال منعتني من استخدام دوره المياه رغم ان دوره المياه لم يكتب عليها للنساء دوره المياه لم يكتب عليها للنساء او للرجال كانت عامه للجنسين 2- عند الساعه 10:00 صباحا يقلق الطرق الماديه الى الفندق في الرجاء الحذر اذا كان عندك حقائب ثقيله.

فندق صغير بوتيكي رائع وهادئ وكل موظفو الاستقبال كانو رائعين سوف اعاود الحجز هنا مرة اخرى

Pros: تعاون الموظفين معي وبشاشتهم وتفهمهم لكل طلباتي ومساعدتي في حمل الشنط وسحبها ،، وايضاً السماح لنا في الصلاة في مكانهم الخاص بعدما سلمنا الغرفه ووضعنا الشنط عندهم

Cons: انه ليس على الشارع مباشرة لمن يحمل شنط كثيره
