Pros: This hotel was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, but what truly made the difference was the staff. Special thanks to Ayhan, Onur, and Taha — they were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome every day. Their attitude and service alone are a reason to choose this hotel. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back!

Amazing location and fantastic staff!

Pros: Incredible location, amazing value for money and very kind stuff - shout out to the general manager and Taha! Made my stay with a baby very comfortable. I stayed in many five star hotels for way more money and service in many places wasn’t as good as at Glens!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Nisantasi

Pros: Amazing location, close to great shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed very comfy!

Cons: There was an issue with the wall sconces next to our bed, as they did not switch off entirely when turning off all the lights in the room to sleep. We asked for this to be repaired 3 times but nothing happened. We were able to sleep as we are easy sleepers, but for someone who needs total darkness to be able to sleep, this would have been a real issue.
