Pros: Staff was really welcoming and ready to assist me. Room where I stayed was warm and breakfasts were served every morning, which is a pleasant bonus. Hotel offers excursions and can advice you a restaurant where you can order food 24/7

Pros: Reception guy it's really helped me, nice rooms, cheap price, comfort stay.

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was decent, and the location is excellent for exploring the city. Warmly recommended!

Cons: The only downside was that the room cleanliness could be improved a bit. Aside from that, everything else was very good.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Valide Konak Hotel. They kindly upgraded my room two categories higher, free of charge, which I truly appreciated. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The location is excellent. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality.

Pros: It was a really pleasant stay. This was my fifth time going to this hotel and they surprise me every time with the hospitality. We visited in November. Special thanks to Ali for being so kind and helpful. He’s the best on the reception always made sure we had everything we need and helped us with everything.

Pros: The hotel was good, the staff were excellent, the location is perfect for shopping near to great parks and restaurants. It was a good experience.

Cons: The small space maybe inconvenient for some guests, but it doesn't affect travelers with the intention of only sleep at hotels and go out most of the day.

Pros: Overall, our stay was good. The staff was polite and helpful, the room was clean and spacious enough, the matresses comfy enough. The breakfast was okay - not great but about the average across our many stays in many hotels over the past years.

Cons: The hotel could benefit from more attention to maintenance. Nothing critical, just small things like aged nickel plating on the faucets or missing drawer knobs. But for the kind of price we got, we're not going to complain :)
