Great service and help.

Pros: Amazing breakfast, amazing facilities, helpful staff who spoke also English, and good location.

Pros: The location is good, it suited me, the staff is excellent, everything was fine during my stay at the hotel.

Cons: There's not enough shower gel; they kept forgetting to put it in, and we need soap. It's the hotel's responsibility to provide shower gel and soap. Breakfast is monotonous and boring same.

Loved my stay here, will surely use them again anytime I travel to Turkey

Pros: Staff were friendly and facilities were clean. Enjoyed my stay here and it was very close to my dental clinic which i was here for.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Diamond Hotel Nastasi. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. I especially want to thank Münire at the reception — she was always kind, polite, and ready to help me at any moment. Her warm attitude and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and I truly recommend this hotel!🎖

Nisantasi great area

Pros: I always use this hotel for my quick visit for the regular medical check up -it is just t min walking to American Hestanesi and the. Est walking area to walk andd shop. If you need the hotel for the sleep and wish to spend whole day exploring it is great value for money. Staff is very attentive and caring. They let me in beyond the time of the regular checking and checkout

Cons: Facilities are a bit old and need renovation, suggest to go second room category which is much bigger and doesn't cost much higher that first. But you get the day light and much bigger room and bathroom

Pros: I was treated very kindly when I stayed at this hotel. It was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. They went above and beyond to help me in areas that was not even their responsibilty, and I really appreciated it so much, and actually needed the help too. It is in a good location, near to many shops and restaurants, all transportation means are close. I want to add a thank you here, to this hotel and their employees. Thank you for being so kind to me!! God bless you all in every way!

our stay was good. Clean and large rooms.

Pros: Although it’s located near a main street, it was quiet inside the building. All the staff members were welcoming, kind, and spoke English really well. good breakfast.

I enjoyed the great location and breakfast, though the room could use some maintenance improvements.

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the area around the hotel.

Cons: I had some issues with maintenance: the door to my room was not closing properly, and the bathroom fan (ventilation) was not working. I believe these issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.
