Pros: Being from the UK i forgot a plug to charge my phone, I asked reception if they could help and they borrowed me one for the duration of my stay. All the staff I interacted with spoke good English and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in the affluent area of istanbul right next to the hustle and bustle of the city, it can be a little noisey as most people ride scooters and they adore dogs so don't expect quiet evenings..it is a city and very busy. I walked to and from this location in the the busier areas to eat and shop but if you have ailments this may be an issue for you, though there is a beautiful lift in the property it is very up and down to get to. The bed was extremely comfortable which is all I wanted and the decor very cosmopolitan. Thank you Mr bayez hotel.

Cons: I have only one issue with my stay was the bathroom had a slight fousty smell once inside and I'm certain if I had flagged it i could of moved rooms (503) bit it wasn't a huge issue for me as I was up and out soaking in the city. Other than this it was a big tick box for me and that is big statement being a female solo traveller.

The hotel was clean. Room were cleaned daily wirh fresh towels provided. Ms Toba made our stay perfect.

Pros: Perfect place to stay during your vacations. Ms Toba was very friendly and took good care of us. I will definitely recommend.

Pros: I had a great stay at Mr. Beyaz Hotel in Istanbul. The property is located in a very convenient area, with easy access to many other parts of the city. Metro stations and urban buses were nearby, making it really easy to explore Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were decorated in a modern and stylish way. I really appreciated the use of key cards for room access instead of traditional keys — it added a nice touch of security and convenience. A special thank you to Ms. Tuba at the reception, who was always ready to help us with anything we needed. Her kindness and willingness to assist made a big difference in our stay. The entire staff was very welcoming and hospitable, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Beyaz Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and guest-oriented place to stay in Istanbul.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I disliked about my stay. Everything met my expectations perfectly.

Pros: Great hotel, it has everything necessary you need. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away. The front desk was ready to help me 24 hours with my silly questions :) Check-in and check-out were smooth. The cleaning service was done perfectly every day. Pros: The room was really comfortable and so quiet and the staff were great. I really liked the location, very close to Nisantasi district and easy to get around. The general manager Tugba was amazing. So helpful and friendly. She upgraded my room for free and when I had a problem with my SIM card she spent ages on the phone trying to solve the problem. She was always there with a smile and made my stay extra special.
