Pros: Amazing customer service! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I can’t thank Kerim Bars, the receptionist, and the gentleman working in the breakfast area enough. They were all so friendly and did their best to make you feel at home.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, specifically Ali and Murad, and Ali at reception. These guys are awesome, made me feel very welcome, and assisted me with everything. The hotel is very neat and clean. Breakfast has various options and is tastefully arranged.

Cons: The location is not very, very good but still ok and in a very calm area. There are no issues at all, but sometimes, It was tight to find a taxi, but still, I didn't wait for more than 15 minutes.

Pros: pretty good hotel, at the location close to the subway/tram station. Can easily get to the historical place. Staff was nice and kind. Administrator spoke Russian, gave lots of advises regarding getting to the places and places you must visit

Great hotel with great hospitality.

Pros: Great central location in the city. The staff was very friendly and they helped me instantly with each request. I loved the spaciousness of my room. My next stay in istanbul will be Lausos Palace.
