Pros: The property was super clean, staff friendly, location was good and safe, room size, facilities very good, everything at this hotel was super good and I will return for sure!

Nice stay

Pros: We were for only one night stay in the hotel but we are very happy with out choice of hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast…there was from everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in very late because of the checking and the enormous queue on the border. When we finally arrived the stuff welcomed us warmly. Really nice stay. Thank you and see you again!

Pros: The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. It is warm in the room. It is clean in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

Cons: I didn't like that it was a bit cold in the breakfast room. The food I ordered at the restaurant seemed expensive compared to the quality. The meatballs I ordered did not seem fresh.

Pros: The hotel is clean the rooms are quite big and clean the only problem is the location which is far from the tourist areas and you have to use a bus every time because the metro is a bit far and up a huge hill

Cons: I didn't like seeing a cat sleeping on the cups in the coffee machine every night, even though I mentioned the problem for hygiene reasons, they didn't pay any attention.

Friendly staff and good food with clean room always makes a good combination

Pros: Friendly reception staff especially 1 of them on nights the gentleman was wearing glasses such a genuine person. The other reception staff member was the bubbly friendly smiley person.

Cons: Everything was good, I hope my next stay here will remain in main hotel.

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed here as part of accessing IVF in the area. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaning staff are very efficient.

Cons: We added breakfast to our stay this time and it was very disappointing. Tea wasn’t available to help yourself and the staff were too busy taking calls for room service they didn’t attend to you. It was pretty much the same every morning in terms of choice. Snacks in mini bar over priced. The rooms extremely hot in the winter. Unhealthy.

Pros: Clean, maintained well; very good staff. Mr.Onur is best, he’s very attentive and professional! Thanks to the Russian speaking receptionist, she was very hospitable and helpful. Ms Nermin was helpful too!
