Pros: The location was very good and the staff was very friendly

A comfortable and pleasant stay in Istanbul with very helpful staff and great service.

Pros: The stay was very pleasant from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and always ready to help. They offered transfer services, which made everything much easier and stress-free, especially when arriving and leaving the city. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and friendly.

Comfortable accomodation for a business trip

Pros: This hotel is located on a quiet side street, but within short distance to Taksim Square and the Old Town. A metro station is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away, so getting around is very easy. There are also many cafés and restaurants in the area. My room was comfortable and spacious with everything I needed, including a kettle, cups, and coffee and tea bags, which I really appreciated! I had to do some office work on my laptop in the morning and evening, and I was happy that the Wi-Fi was stable, so I could do everything without any problems. The staff does not speak English well, but they are all super nice and try to make communication as easy as possible. The man who takes care of breakfast was especially lovely. He makes Turkish coffee and omelets for guests who want them, and chats with everyone, even if it's via Google Translate, as was the case with us. All in all, I had a very nice stay and would definitely come back.

Cons: The walls are rather thin. This is usually not much of a problem, but I had a group of people—probably a family—who came back very late every night. Every word, step, noise of toys, and interaction with doors was loud and clear, which made sleeping a little more difficult. However, this depends greatly on the people sleeping in the rooms next to you.

Cozy hotel with friendy staff and amazing location

Pros: Amazing breakfast, helpful & enthusiastic staff!

Pros: Great central location, staff extremely nice and helpful, room was cleaned every day whilst our stay. Great value for money.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was patchy in the room, there were corners where the signal was not good. A little noisy in the evening/night, due to the central location, except for Sunday, Sunday was quiet.

Pros: Comfortable place, near the Nişantaşı, and closely to metro. Cleaning was every day. Garson from the kitchen was very pleasure with the guests, every morning he suggest to complete the breakfast with the scramble eggs, turkish tea/coffee.

Cons: There was no high chair for small kids in the restaurant , so we had to bring the stroller, which was uncomfortable for our little to have his food. Otherwise, the breakfast was ok, although there was no Turkish coffee. It would be good if they could provide children with high chairs as the restaurant is spacious.
