Nice and clean hotel good if you are going for shopping

Pros: the location was very coinvent since the family want to do shopping and there are many many many shops around the area and lots of restaurants. So if you have your family with you and want to do shopping then this is the right place. Also the manager and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice

Cons: The beds and mattresses need to be changed they are not very comfortable. and they need to operate the AC on the cold mode because it only work on the heat mode and some night it was very hot.

Pros: I liked the looks of the hotel and room with a coffee machine, everything was clean and tidy.

Cons: I would make the doors more soundproof, thats about all.

Great quality hotel in a great location

Pros: The extremely helpful staff, location and cleanliness. They have good Spa facilities and a great massage therapist.

Cons: The hotel is actually quite nice. I just had the bad luck of having some hotel guests next door who were partying till 2 am with loud music. The hotel management requested them twice and finally it was brought under control.

Pros: We liked the accessibility of the hotel (2mins walk from Osmanbey station) with various shops nearby. The bed was also very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They have a spa which you can enjoy within the hotel.

Cons: We were placed in a connecting room which made it noisy, I suppose. We can hear other guests coming in and out and talking until midnight.
