Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff

Pros: It was very comfortable hotel, clean and we basically got what we expected. The staff was very polite, helpful and willing to make their guests staying as enjoyable as they could. Breakfast was variant and very good.

Cons: The breakfast room was not private but a part of the reception and people walked back and forth there to get to the elevator.

Pros: The room was beautiful, the breakfast delicious, and the staff exceptionally friendly!

good location.clean and spacious room.good breakfast

Pros: amazing locating,walking distance from metro and busstops.20mins to get to sultanahmet by metro.considering its in proper city,price was justified.breakfast was a good spread.clean big rooms.helpful staff.parking isnt available so need to park in the street(no issues of safety) or there is a OTTOPARK right opposite the hotel if you feel the need to be precautious.Dont expect the grandeur of a hilton located outside a city.overall good experience!

Cons: breakfast could do with options of getting egg served as per guests requests. they have boiled/ scrambled eggs on the counter though.not a dealbreaker!

Pros: Had a great stay, fantastic location, lovely vibe and staff.

Cons: Lifs took a little long sometimes, esp when used by housekeeping. Would’ve liked to have had a platform scale in the luggage room.
