Bulgaria 🇧🇬

A reasonable place, would probably visit again if needed.

Pros: The location was great, very close to the purpose of our trip. The staff was nice but did not speak much English.

Cons: Not very clean though - the bathroom didn't feel like a 4 star hotel, the bathtub was pretty stained and the tiles and ceiling were mouldy. Overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The room was supposed to have one double and one single bed. The single bed was actually a sofa and was not particularly comfortable.

Value for money and excellent stay

Pros: Very good hotel. We stayed here for two nights. Helpful staff. Metro, tram and metro bus is just 200 meters. Connectivity to hotel is very good.

Отличный отель, не в самом центре города, но рядом с транспортным хабом. Отличный персонал.

Pros: Отличное расположение, рядом метро, трамвай, автобусы. Много мест, где можно поесть, удобный номер.

Cons: Подготовку комнаты хотелось бы улучшить. В номере с первого же дня была забита раковина, что невозможно не заметить при уборке. Однако, очень милая девушка, убиравшая номера по моей просьбе всё прочистила. Но хотелось бы, чтобы такое замечалось и устранялось заранее.

Wszystko było super oprócz internetu

Pros: Personel w obiekcie jest naprawdę pomocny i cierpliwy :) Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra , jeżeli przyjechało się w celach biznesowych . Myślę że zatrzymam się tam ponownie pod warunkiem że internet zacznie działać .

Cons: Pomimo iż personel był wspaniały to nie był w tanie wpłynąć na działanie Internetu , który po prostu nie działał na moim piętrze . Owszem zrobiono restart routera ..jednak to nic nie pomogło . Byłam zdana przez cały swój pobyt na internet z eSIM .
