Pros: Close to metro, friendly and helpful staff, room cleaning everyday, wifi very good. Good selection at breakfast

Pros: The staff was really helpful, the hotel is located 3 mins from a metro station so that was a plus, the room was clean.

Magnificent hotel! This is your place for exploring the cat and Bosphoros city Istanbul

Pros: The hotel is very, very nice. Responsive staff. Super clean rooms and common areas. Excellent cuisine. Quiet and peaceful. And very communicative. With tram T1 you can get to the center in 30-40 minutes and it is very convenient and pleasant. The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes it especially attractive for guests with their own transport.

Cons: We were very unpleasantly surprised by the lack of cooperation when we had to leave at 4,00 AM and we asked at the reception in good time to check if it was possible to prepare us a sandwich for the pre-paid breakfast, BUT we were refused!!!

Lovely hotel in a great location for access to the city.

Pros: Location is good with both subway and tram stations just 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of hot and cold foods. The restaurant for dinner is good but no desserts are available except for two very basic choices. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is maintained really well. Good value for money!

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: I think overall it is a great location if you need to deal with textile business. Area is really crowd and sometimes you can hear noise from outside. Room was clean and fully equipped with coffee, tea and water.

Really well located hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The location is ideal for exploring Istanbul with a Metro Station five minutes walk away. Nearby parking is free and secure. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a really good choice of food and a dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was very tasty and good value for money

Cons: The outdoor sitting area was very small but this is not a major issue. Paper maps of the Metro and Tram network would have been really helpful as all that was available was an electronic version that you had to download.

Pros: Тhis is my favorite for Istanbul , service , food ,location , the best ! I recommended!

Cons: This nice hotel has been missing a nice espresso machine for a long time with real espresso and not ness coffee that is offered for espresso. Many people in the hotel miss a real espresso in the morning. It may be with payment! The investment is not big, but it will lead to even more satisfied customers!
