Pros: I am very satisfied with everything except the breakfast that i mentioned bellow ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Cons: The thing that I didn’t like is that at 10:00 they are closing the breakfast like is the last day of the world,in my opinion I think that they need to have at least more like 5 minutes just in case if you want to take a coffee without running a marathon. And not to get the side eye from the staff (breakfast staff),at least to try somehow to be more polite with the guests.

Pros: Love how huge the room is! A bit far from the main attractions but you can take the metro.

Great hotel with helpful staff.

Pros: Professional and helpful staff, in particular Enes, Sefa and the Circassian guy. Clean rooms and good furniture.

Cons: I recommend this hotel, but for tourists it is worth noting that it is not that close to the centre.

Pros: Love the staff!!! They were very helpful, informative and friendly! The location is near the tram line straight to Topkapi, sultan Ahmet mosque and aya sofya We started our month trip there and ended it there GREAT PLACE!

Enjoyable stay, great staff!

Pros: Particularly noteworthy here is the staff. The entire workforce is customer-oriented and friendly. I noticed this very positively after staying for five days. From the service staff to the manager, everyone is concerned about the well-being of the guests.

Pros: The staff were friendly. The view of the city and sea was nice. The breakfast variety was good.

Cons: The breakfast staff were passive. A lot of times, many items in the buffet were finished and no one would care to refill them. Breakfast had a few other issues too. The gym and spa were out of service.
