Cronton Design Hotel

Pros: I can confidently recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Istanbul. Upon check-in, Mr. Memduh and Mr. Emre provided us with excellent information and great recommendations on the map. They are wonderful, friendly people, and we thank them very much for making our vacation perfect. They also upgraded our room to a suite free of charge. The cleanliness was good, and the location is very close to all tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

GREAT Stay

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully organized, which made the experience very relaxing from start to finish. I would especially like to mention the excellent work of the cleaning lady, Ebru. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly noticeable. The room was always perfectly clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared each day. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work, and it made a big difference in the quality of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality, and a special thank you to Ebru for her outstanding care and professionalism. We would be very happy to return again!

The best place to stay in Istanbul

Pros: Everything was absolutely first class from start to finish. The location was amazing and close to all sights and restaurants. Staff were excellent especially Memduh who was amazing and great assistance to us. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back

Cons: Everything but location was great

Central location, friendly staff, comfortable beds

Pros: The hotel location is very central, only two stops on the tram from Topkapi Palace and 4 stops in the other direction to Dolmabahce Palace The bed was very comfortable The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early on arrivals day.

Cons: Our room was quite dark because it was very close to the adjacent building The bathroom was tiny, however the shower was great The Wifi code is a QR code at reception but nowhere else, so we used our own internet.

Perfect hotel for visiting Istanbul

Pros: Very helpful staff, especially Memduh and Can.. Everyone was friendly and the facilities were excellent. We had a very good dinner at the restaurant on the roof terrace

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Emre from the front office for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He made sure everything was perfectly arranged and handled every request with a warm and friendly attitude. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Memduh for his assistance during check-in. The process was smooth, quick, and very welcoming thanks to him. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Cons: Some places were dusty in the room, we reported it to the reception and had it cleaned immediately.

Cosy stay in Istanbul

Pros: Excellent location. Near to the Egyptian market and all the important landmarks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cosy and elegant, and the building itself shows its history. We appreciated that late check out was offered without extra costs.

Very nice staying

Pros: Picturesque hotel right at the centre of the old city, next to the markets and near the sea. Room very comfortable with a feeling of luxury despite the hotel being old. The personnel has been amazingly polite and helpful.

Cons: No view and expensive for lunch/dinner/coffee.
