Amazing stay, perfect location. We are coming back for sure.

Pros: Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. In walking distance to all must see places. Staff is amazing, very kind and friendly. They helped with any question we had. Its very clean.

Cons: We did not find anythig we did not like.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The service excellent. The stuff very polite and helpful. The whole atmosphere was very pleasant. The rooms very clean. The breakfast superb. The position absolutely convenient. The view extraordinary!

Pros: The staff were extremely kind and fulfilled every request. The man serving breakfast was very kind, very friendly, and attentive. The view over the city at breakfast was beautiful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel’s location is perfect.

Cons: The economy room is extremely small, there’s practically no space to move around, unfortunately, and the view isn’t great, but everything else makes up for it.

Pros: We were very happy with our stay at Mest Hotel. The view from the room was beautiful and the hotel is located in a very vibrant area with great energy. We found the staff very helpful and friendly, and appreciated their assistance with arranging airport transfers.

Beautiful hotel with top class staff team in great location

Pros: Fabulous location - right in the heart of old Istanbul and buzzy by day, yet quiet at night. Super friendly and helpful staff who were keen to make sure we had every comfort we needed (from the moment we arrived until we got into our taxi to wave goodbye)

Cons: Breakfast selection was great but not if you’re gluten free/celiac or can’t have dairy - my husband had a very limited selection available each morning (fruit basically). Some alternative options would have been great.

Cute and aesthetic hotel in great location.

Pros: It has been my second time visiting Mest Hotel. I chose the same destination because of its beautiful suite, polite staff and perfect location.

Cons: Unfortunately, on our last stay there was some renovation taking place and there was some additional noise during the day.

Central in the old city, great customer service, very nice rooms

Pros: We loved the amazing and caring customer service. The team on site gave us great advice and was very helpful, from good addresses to organisation recommandations. The central location was perfect, near the spice market and close to tram, yet very quiet. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast has a great panoramic view. Thank you to the Mest family, we felt at home in the center of Istanbul, and truly appreciated the room upgrade the last night of new year!!!!
